eBooks (sold through Payhip)

Because eBooks are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been delivered, except in these cases:

• The file is damaged, won't open or wasn't delivered, and we can't fix it by sending a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
• Your local consumer law gives you a right to a refund.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are processed through Payhip to your original payment method.

The Free Starter Guide is free, so no refund applies. If you bought a bundle, the refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole.

Software (sold through the MQL5 Market)

Guardian Pro and PropFirm Solo are sold on the MQL5 Market, which handles payments, licences and refunds under its own rules. Please test the free demo version in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester before buying. If you have a technical problem, email us first. We will do our best to fix it.

eBooks sent free with a PropFirm Solo purchase are a bonus and have no separate refund value. GoldenGame prizes are free and have no refund value.
