These Terms govern your use of goldenboyfxtools.com (the "Site") and the products offered by GoldenBoyFX, an online business based in the Philippines ("GoldenBoyFX", "we", "us"). By using the Site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

• Digital eBooks (the GoldenBoyFX Library), sold and delivered through Payhip, our online store, which processes payments and delivers your files.
• MetaTrader 5 software (Guardian Free, Guardian Pro and PropFirm Solo), sold and licensed through the MQL5 Market under MQL5's own terms.
• Free content, including market notes, videos, the Free Starter Guide and GoldenGame (see section 11).

2. Education only, not advice

All content and products are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, a licensed financial adviser or a prop firm. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

3. Licence to use our content

When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, share, copy or publish our eBooks, charts, designs or software, in whole or in part, without written permission. Short quotes with credit for review purposes are fine.

4. Software

Our Expert Advisors and tools are provided "as is". Their use is at your own risk, including on live, demo and prop-firm accounts. You are responsible for choosing settings, checking your broker's and prop firm's rules, and monitoring your account. Licence terms, activations and updates for software bought on the MQL5 Market are governed by MQL5.

5. Payments, pricing and refunds

Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout and may change at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or testimonial, you allow us to display it on our Site and channels. We may decline or remove any submission.

7. Third-party services

The Site links to and uses third-party services such as Payhip, PayPal, MQL5, Senja, Cloudflare, Telegram, YouTube and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenBoyFX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, failed prop-firm challenges, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.

11. GoldenGame (game and prizes)

GoldenGame at game.goldenboyfxtools.com is a free trading-skills game run by GoldenBoyFX.

• Free to play, no purchase necessary. You never need to buy anything to play, earn XP or win a prize, and buying our products does not improve your chances.
• Who can play. Anyone can try the games as a guest. Accounts, XP and prizes are for players aged 18 or older. One account per person.
• Simulated money. All prices, balances, profits and payouts in the game are simulated and have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.
• Prizes. Prizes are digital: discount codes and free copies of our eBooks, downloadable wallpaper and sticker packs (personal, non-commercial use), and personal prize editions of our MetaTrader 5 software. Prizes have no cash alternative, cannot be transferred or resold, and are subject to availability. Each prize can be claimed once per person and once per email address.
• Software prizes. A software prize edition is licensed to the winner's own name and trading account numbers, for personal use only. Our Software terms in section 4 and the Risk Disclosure apply.
• Checks. XP is capped per game per day. Large prizes also require a minimum Gold Rush payout and are reviewed by us before they are sent, usually within 3 business days of a claim.
• Fair play. Bots, scripts, multiple accounts, account sharing, exploiting bugs or any other attempt to gain XP unfairly may lead to removed XP, cancelled prizes or a permanent ban, at our discretion.
• Referrals. You can invite friends with your personal link. Referral XP is earned only when an invited friend becomes an active player and reaches the XP milestones shown in the game, is paid once per milestone and is limited per month. Invitations to yourself, to other accounts you control, or from the same network or device do not count. We may remove referral XP that breaks these rules.
• Golden Boy of the Month is a leaderboard title for the top Gold Rush payout each calendar month (Philippine time). Any extra monthly prize will be announced on our channels.
• Changes. We may change XP values, ranks, prizes or these rules, or pause or end the game, at any time. Prizes already confirmed to you will be honoured.
• Education only. The game is for education and entertainment. It is not trading advice and does not predict real market results.
